团体心理咨询对贫困研究生心理的支持作用

摘　　要：多项研究结果证明贫困研究生除了经济压力之外,承受着比其他研究生更大的身心压力,心理问题发生率明显较高。在帮助贫困研究生解决经济压力的同时,如何帮助贫困研究生减轻和解除心理困扰,提高他们的心理健康水平已经成为当今教育者们不能忽视重要问题。本研究采用团体心理咨询活动对30名在校贫困研究生进行了为期8周的心理干预,通过对团体活动前后被试SCL-90测量结果的对比显示:团体心理咨询能够有效提高被试贫困研究生的心理健康水平,特别是躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性等因子有显著改善。Some studies have showed that economy pressure has not the only issue,post graduate students in poverty bear great psychological pressure.They had higher rate in mental health problem than other students.So,more attention should be paid to psychological intervention.At present,mental health problem of poverty college students has already become a critical task of health education of undergraduate.Group counseling has been adopted in this study,which lasted for 8 weeks among 30 post graduate Students in pove...
