大学生社交焦虑与归因方式关系研究

摘　　要：本文探讨大学生社交焦虑和归因方式的关系,从而引导大学生建构或重构有效归因方式,缓解社交焦虑。研究发现H学校学生社交焦虑水平偏高,有学生干部经验的大学生的社交焦虑程度明显低于没有学生干部经验的大学生。该校学生较多做出努力、内部、内部成功和外部失败归因,不同特征大学生的归因方式差异显著。社交焦虑与归因于能力、情境、运气、内部失败、外部失败和外部成功显著相关,但与归因于努力、内部成功无显著相关。This article explore the relationship between social anxiety and attribution styles of college students,in order to help them alleviate anxiety by establish or reestablish effective attribution style.The results show that the level of social anxiety about students in H university higher than the average level,and the level of social anxiety about the students who has experience of been a students leader lower than who not has this experience obviously.The students in this university prefer to attribute to ...
