摘　　要：生命科技刑事责任在生命科技发展过程中具有自身特殊的功能,其对生命科学技术的健康发展起着重要的保障作用。当前,我国刑法尚未明确规定现代生命科技犯罪,现有的刑罚体系也远不适应打击生命科技犯罪的需要。为此,需要立法者采取相应的对策予以补救。The criminal liability for the crime of life science,acting as a safeguard of life science,has its special function during the development of life science.At present,China s criminal law has(?) stipulated the crime of modern life science and its penalty system was far from meeting the needs of cracking down the crime of life science.Therefore,countermeasures should be taken by legislators.
