聚类分析确定荣昌猪繁殖性状选育指标

摘　　要：对荣昌猪的 12个繁殖性状进行了测定 ,计算了各表型参数和性状间的相关系数 ,探讨了应用聚类分析方法确定繁殖性状选育指标。结果表明 ,荣昌母猪繁殖性状选育和性能评定的适宜指标中 ,应至少包括断奶窝重、存活率和育成率。This test was dealed with 12 reproductive traits of Rongchang sow.The phenotypic parameter of these traits and the coefficients of correlation among them were computed.The author employed the hierarchical cluster analysis to select the representative traits that could represent the overall reproductive traits well in breeding and performance testing of Rongchang sow.The result showed that the litter weight at weaning,survive rate at birth and weaning should be take into account.
