摘  要:用液相色谱 质谱法定量检测对虾中微量的氯霉素残留。采用乙酸乙酯超声提取对虾组织中的氯霉素残留 ,以甲醇为流动相 ,选择m/z 32 1/15 2为氯霉素的检测离子对 ,用多反应监测 (MRM )技术测定。氯霉素流出液相色谱的时间在 1.5min以内 ;线性范围是 0 .2 8~ 2 8.0 μg/L ;线性相关系数为 0 .99991。对虾中氯霉素的定量检测下限是 0 .0 7μg/kg ,平均回收率在 89%以上。该方法快速、灵敏 ,定量范围宽 ,检验结果准确可靠 ,应用性强。A liquid chromatography/mass spectrometric (LC/MS/MS) method for microdetection of chloramphenicol (CAP) in shrimps was developed. Chloramphenicol in shrimps was extracted by ethyl acetate under ultrasonication, and determined by high performance liquid chromatography using methanol as the mobile phase, detected by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode with m/z 321/152 ions as a monitoring ion pair. Linear plot was obtained between 0.28 similar to 28.0 mug/L with linear correlation coefficient of 0.99991. The limit of detection was 0.07 mug/kg, and the average recoveries were above 89%. This method is quick, sensitive, reliable and applicable to the wide range.
