摘　　要：目的探讨核因子κB(Nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)、P53蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床病理学意义。方法采用免疫组化PV-6000-G两步法对31例子宫内膜癌组织和15例正常子宫内膜组织中的NF-κB p65、P53蛋白进行检测。结果 NF-κB p65、P53蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于正常子宫内膜(P<0.01),P53蛋白的过表达与临床分期有关(P<0.05),与组织学分级无关(P>0.05);NF-κB p65的阳性表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级、临床分期无关(P>0.05);NF-κB p65与P53蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.626,P=0.000)。结论 NF-κBp65、P53蛋白的表达在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中起重要作用,NF-κB可能参与P53蛋白的调控。Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of NF-κB,P53 protein in the development of endometrial adenocarcinomas.Methods The expression levels of NF-κB p65,P53 protein in 31 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues and 15 cases of normal tissues were examined by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of NF-κB p65,P53 protein expression was significantly higher in endometrial adenocarcinomas tissues than that in normal tissues(P<0.01).The positive expression of P53 prote...
