克氏原螯虾药物催产试验研究

摘　　要：在繁殖季节对克氏原螯虾(小龙虾)进行了药物催产试验研究。结果表明:药物HCG和LD对小龙虾均具有催产效果,产卵率均高于对照组的20%;HCG的最适浓度为150 IU只/,LD的最适浓度为1.5μg/只;HCG的催产效果比LD好。The experiment in the induced spawning of Procambrarus clarkii by two kinds of medicaments(HCG and LD) was conducted in the breeding season in this paper.The results indicated that both HCG and LD had induced spawning effect,and the spawning ratio of Procambrarus clarkii treated with these two medicaments was higher than that in the control(20%).The optimal dosage of HCG was 150 IU per individual,and that of LD was 1.5 μg per individual.HCG had better induced spawning effect than LD.
