基于文献分析探讨我国临床药学的发展现状

摘　　要：目的:比较我国和国外临床药学工作的开展情况,介绍我国临床药学的现状并提出发展建议。方法:分别以"临床药学"、"临床药师"、"药学服务"、clinical pharmacy、clinical pharmacist、pharmaceutical care为检索词检索中国期刊全文数据库及PubMed2008-2009年收载的中文文献和英文文献,进行文献回顾性分析。结果:在483篇中文文献中,医疗机构发表的有444篇,占91.9%;高校发表的有23篇,占4.8%;其他机构发表的有16篇,占3.3%。根据其研究内容,探讨类文献占75.2%,实践类文献占24.8%。在576篇英文文献中,高校等学术机构发表的有409篇,占71.0%;医疗机构发表的有167篇,占29.0%。英文文献检索内容与中文文献有较大差别,涉及范围较广,无法参照中文文献方法分类。结论:我国的临床药学还处在探索阶段,临床药学工作还需要从理论及实践上进行完善。OBJECTIVE: To compare the situation of clinical pharmacy in China and abroad, introduce the development status of clinical pharmacy in China and put forward some suggestions. METHODS: Chinese literatures and English literatures were retrieved from CNKI and PubMed from 2008 to 2009 using 'clinical pharmacy', 'clinical pharmacist', 'pharmaceutical care' as keywords.
