摘　　要：目的:介绍微波快速石蜡切片技术。方法:通过159例的临床应用,认真总结了微波炉的型号选择,快速制片方法,微波的作用原理及操作中应该注意的事项。结果:报道的159例中,90例准确定性,67例准确分型,2例难定,准确率为98.74%。结论:微波快速制片方法有切片质量高,染色效果好,安全,省时,操作简便,容易掌握,成本又低等优点,尤其适合在基层医院推广应用。Objective: To introduce the technique of the fast micro-wave paraffin wax microscopic slide.Methods: Author conscientiously concluded the type of MW oven of slides making,useage and theory of MW oven,matters needing attention at manipulation,through clinical useage of 159 cases.Results: Among the 159 cases reported by author,90 cases were accurately determined the nature,67 cases were accurately determined the type,2 cases were difficultly determined.The accuracy rate is 98.74%.Conclusions: The method of fa...
