摘　　要：心理学研究的根本问题在于对行为原因的解释,如果一种系统的心理学理论在对这个问题的解释上存在问题,那么这种理论就是失败的。心理学百余年的发展历史表明了这一点。在心理学的历史上,那些致力于解释人类动机并以形成系统的动机理论作为其理论内核的心理学流派,最终能够对心理学以及多个邻近学科产生深刻的影响;反之,那些试图摆脱对动机进行探究又试图探索人类行为与心理规律的心理学流派,就算一时间通过颇具吸引力的形式博得人们的支持,但终究未能从思想的层面上加深对人性的探索。It is the key matter for psychological study to explain why the behavior occurs.If a systematic theory of psychology can not get that,then this theory is a failure,which has also been proved by more than one hundred year history of psychology.In the psychology history,some schools of psychology,which were committed to systematically explain human s motivation and based on the doctrine of motivation to form an influential theory so as to profoundly impact psychology and several neighboring disciplines;On the...
