摘　　要：推进国有企业整体上市是现阶段我国国企改革和发展的主要任务,整体上市模式的选择尤为关键。主业资产整体上市模式是未上市国企整体上市的主要模式,上市公司向母公司非公开发行股票购买资产模式是已实现部分资产上市的国企完成整体上市的主要模式。At present,the main task of reform and development of the state-owned enterprises in our country is to promote holistic listing model of state-owned enterprises.The model selection is most important strategy.Holistic listing of principal assets is the main models of unlisted state-owned enterprises,and the main model of state-owned enterprises which have partly been listed to complete holistic listing is that the listed companies purchase assets by non-public offering stock to parent company.
