摘  要:概述了脉冲电场凝胶电泳、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法、梯度浓度凝胶电泳法、等电聚焦电泳法及高效毛细管电泳法等核酸、蛋白质电泳技术,以及与核酸电泳有关的DNA限制性长度多态性和随机片段多态性DNA分析技术;回顾和展望上述生物技术在食用真菌学研究应用上的现状及前景。还简要介绍了高效毛细管电泳,以及近年来发展较快的双向凝胶电泳技术和凝胶成像分析。Electrophoresis techniques of nucleic acid, proteins (soluble proteins, enzymes, etc. ). such as SDS-PAGE, GC-PAGR, IF-PAGE, HPCE, and PFGE, RFLPs, PCR, RAPD ananlysis techniques (correlative with electrophoresis of nucleic acid) were summarized. The present status and prospect of their application to the research of edible fungi were also reviewed and expected. Gel-scanning analysis, gel-imaging system, and 2-DE (two-dimensional gel electrophoresis) that was quickly evolved in several years were concisely introduced.
