摘 要:从分析"双师型"教师的概念入手,通过对高职院校人才培养目标的分析,提出高职院校为了培养高素质、高技能人才,必须培养一批教学-技能"双师型"教师并建设一个教学-技能"双师型"教学团队。首次对教学-技能"双师型"教师的概念进行了定义,分析了目前高职院校教学-技能"双师型"教师队伍的现状与建设的紧迫性,提出了建设教学-技能"双师型"教师队伍的措施。Starting from the basis of the 'Compound' concept of teachers,through analyzing the Vocational Training Target of vocational colleges,the paper proposes that the vocational colleges must train a number of teaching-skills 'Compound' Teachers and build teaching-skills 'compound' teaching teams to cultivate the personnel with high qualities and high skills.It's the first time that the concept on teaching-skills 'Compound' Teachers is proposed.The current situation and the urgency in cultivating teachers to be teaching–skills 'compound' teachers are analyzed.The methods of how to form a teaching-skills 'compound' teaching team are recommended.
