摘 要:以农业废料花生壳为主要原料设计不同配方,筛选适宜杏鲍菇菌丝生长的培养基及培养料。结果表明,母种培养基以m(花生壳)∶m(马铃薯)=3∶1的配方生长最快,平均生长速度为4.53 mm/d,长势最旺盛;原种及栽培种培养料按m(棉籽壳)∶m(花生壳)=1∶1的配方菌丝生长最快而健壮,生长速度可达5.43 mm/d。因此,在花生主产区,花生壳废料可以广泛应用在食用菌栽培生产上。Peanut hull,one of the agricultural wastes,was used to make mother media and culture media.The effect of it on the growth of Pleurotus eryngii mycelia was tested in this study.The results showed that the mycelium growth rate on the medium with peanut hull was higher than on other substrates.The best ratio was m(peanut hull): m(potato)=3∶1,on which the mycelia grew as fast as 4.53 mm/d.It is on the formula B [m(peanut hull):m(cotton shell)=1∶1] of stock culture medium that the mycelium growth rate was the highest(5.43 mm/d).It is shown that peanut hull could be a good resource for the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii in main peanut production area.
