腹腔镜与开腹直肠癌根治术临床特点比较

摘　　要：目的:通过对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术与传统开腹直肠癌根治术的临床特点比较,探究腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的可行性、安全性。方法:收集分析本院2001年12月-2009年8月60例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术和80例传统开腹直肠癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果:腹腔镜直肠癌根治术组相对于传统手术组可减少术中出血、加快术后肛门首次排气时间及下床活动时间,两组费用、术后并发症、术后1年及3年生存率无差别。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌根治术可以达到传统手术的效果,同时与传统开腹手术相比,出血少,视野清晰,解剖层次清楚,操作方面,患者恢复快。Objective To assess the feasibility and security of laparoscopic radical operation by comparison with traditional operation on treatment of rectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases underwent laparoscopic radical operation and 80 cases underwent traditional operation from December 2001 to August 2009 were collected and analyzed.Results Laparoscopic operation could significantly decreased the blood loss,the time for bowel function recovery,post-operative dietary intake and recovery time compared with traditional operation.There were no significant difference in total cost,complications and survival rate of 1-year and 3-year postoperation between two groups.Conclusion Laparoscopic operation not only has the same radical effect for treating rectal cancer as traditional operation,but also has the advantage of less blood lost,more clear visual field and dissection order,more convenient operation and faster recovery.
