芳香开窍药抗小鼠脑缺血缺氧作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察四味芳香开窍药(麝香、冰片、苏合香、安息香)对小鼠急性脑缺血、缺氧的影响。方法:采用小鼠急性断头、饱和氯化镁致小鼠急性脑缺血及小鼠常压耐缺氧等实验,平行观察四味芳香开窍药抗小鼠脑缺血缺氧的作用。结果:麝香(66.6mg·kg-)、冰片(200mg·kg-)、苏合香(1.332g·kg-)均能明显提高小鼠急性断头后的张口次数和小鼠111常压耐缺氧时间;麝香和冰片还能明显延长静注饱和氯化镁溶液后小鼠的存活时间;安息香(1g·kg-)则对以上三个小鼠1模型作用不明显。结论:麝香、冰片、苏合香对小鼠急性脑缺血缺氧具有一定的保护作用,可初步认为该作用是开窍药开窍醒神功效的部分药效表征,同时体现其"辛-心-浮"的药性表达,也为其临床用于治疗脑缺血性疾病提供了一定药理学依据。Objective:To study the effect of four aromatic resuscitation drugs(Moschus,Borneol,Styrax and Benzoinum) on the acute cerebral ischemia and anoxia in mice.Method:Two acute cerebral ischemia models established by acute decapitation or saturated magnesium chloride in mice and hypoxia model under the normal pressure in mice were adopted to observe the effect of anti-acute cerebral ischemia and anoxia of four aromatic resuscitation drugs in mice.Result:Moschus(66.6 mg·kg-1),Borneol(200 mg·kg-1)and Styrax(1.332g·kg-1)could increase the times of gape in acute decapitation mice,and extend the survival time in hypoxia mice under the normal pressure.Moschus and Borneol also obviously extended the survival time in mice after being injected saturated magnesium chloride solution.Benzoinum(1 g·kg-1)had no obvious effect on the above three models.Conclusion:Moschus,Borneol and Styrax have the effect of anti-acute cerebral ischemia and anoxia in mice.This action of aromatic resuscitation drug may be partly the exosyndrome of pharmacodynamic action about their efficacy of resuscitation and awakening,which also provides the pharmacological evidence of aromatic resuscitation drug being used in acute cerebral ischemia disease in clinic.
