痹痛宁片抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究痹痛宁片的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:抗炎实验采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症肿胀和小鼠琼脂肉芽肿炎症模型;镇痛实验采用小鼠热板法和小鼠扭体法。结果:痹痛宁片对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀以及琼脂肉芽肿炎症均有显著的抑制作用,并能显著提高热板法致痛小鼠的痛阈值,延长醋酸致小鼠扭体反应潜伏期以及降低扭体次数。结论:痹痛宁片具有抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Bitongning tablet.Method:The ear edema model and agar-agar granuloma inflammation model induced by dimethyl benzene were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Bitongning tablet.The hot plate method and mouse writhing model induced by acetic acid were used to investigate the analgesic effect of Bitongning tablet.Result:The ear edema of mice induced by dimethyl benzene and the weight of agar-agar granuloma of mice could be reduced by Bitongning tablet.The pain threshold was elevated.Pain latent period of mice was prolonged and the writhing frequency of mice induced by acetic acid was reduced by Bitongning tablet.Conclusion:Bitongning tablet has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
