摘 要:黑格尔耶拿时期的《伦理体系》手稿的发现,不仅驳斥了人们长期以来对他的思想缺乏道德的指责,而且为从这一古典实践哲学路径去解读他的哲学体系提供了可能。本文回应了西方学术主流从"承认理论"来解读这一著作的理解框架,指出从"自然伦理"解体到伦理共同体的重建才是《伦理体系》所要展开的根本问题。其中从自由伦理与犯罪关系揭示出伦理文明进程必然出现的野蛮化荒废,显示出黑格尔独特的思想冒险,而让"政府"担负起重建和守护民族伦理共同体免遭瓦解的伦理政治使命,更凸显出黑格尔实践哲学是"非现代的",从而具有拯救现代危机的意义。The untitled manuscript among Hegel's Jena papers,to which editors have given the name System der Sittlichkeit(System of Ethical Life),not only refutes the long-held criticism that Hegel's thought lacks of morality,but also provides the possibility for reading Hegel's philosophical system in the light of the approaches of ancient practical philosophy which make the problems of morality first appeal to political philosophy.This article responds the interpreting frame based on the 'theory of recognition' and shows the fundamental problem,from the breakdown of natural ethics to the reconstruction of ethical community developed by System der Sittlichkeit.From the perspective of free ethics and criminal connections,it reveals that there must be a desolate land of barbarism in the process of ethical civilization,which shows Hegel's unique mental adventure.Besides,the 'government' is supposed to takes up this ethical and political mission to reconstruct and guard national ethical community,highlights the non-modernity of Hegel's practical philosophy,which has a significance to confront modern crisis.
