商丘师范学院大学生健美操开展现状与分析

摘　　要：以商丘师范学院100名大学生为主要研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对商丘师范学院大学生参与健美操运动的现状进行研究,结果显示,大学生参与健美操的动机是多元化的,而缺少场地器材、缺乏教师指导,是影响大学生参与健美操运动的主要原因.因此,建议学院应加强场地、器材设施的建设;将健美操列入学院的竞赛项目之中.Choosing 100 college students in Shangqiu Normal University as the main object of study,studying the status of aerobics development for college students in ShangQiu Normal University in the method of literature material,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the results show that motivation of college student in participating aerobics is multiplying,and the lacks of location,equipment and teacher guidance are the main reason for affecting the participates of college students in aerobics.
