高校体育对学生进行心理教育专门活动的特点与设计

摘　　要：心理教育有一个突出的特点即瞻前顾后,发现一个心理问题常常起源于青少年时期,而现在的问题不解决,又将影响到他们今后的心理健康.心理素质教育是素质教育的重要内容,体育活动和身体锻炼为在学校体育中实施心理素质教育提供了条件,学校体育的特殊形式和多种功能为心理素质教育提供了途径和方式,使之成为融心理教育于体育教学之中的教育模式.Looking forward and backward is a prominent feature in psychological education.No solution to mental problems found out in teenage will influence their mental health in the future.Education in psychological quality is very important in quality education.The positive effects by sports activities and physical exercise provide conditions to implement psychological quality education in college P.E.The special forms and variety of functions provide psychological quality education with ways and methods,which makes it a teaching model to put psychological education into P.E.teaching.
