摘　　要：中国共产党代表大会制度是中国共产党的根本组织制度,也是党内民主制度体系的重要内容。因此,进一步改革和完善党的代表大会制度已成为新时期推进党内民主发展、提高党的建设科学化水平的首选路径和重要战略策略。回顾党的历史,总结党的代表大会制度建设的早期成果对于正在进行着党的代表大会制度改革实践来说,不论是传承还是创新,都有着现实的指导意义。CCP's congress system is the fundamental organizational system of the CCP,also an important part of the democratic system.Therefore,to reform the party's congress system has become a new era to promote inner-party democracy,improve the scientific level of the party building and an important strategic choice for the path strategy.Recalling the history of the Party and summing up the early results of the ongoing construction of the party's congress system have practical significance to the practice of reform.
