摘　　要：曾国藩,好学致礼。一生践行和谐伦理、追求内圣外王之道,乃儒家名师,广为后人敬仰。他认为,孝悌伦理是家族兴旺的坚实基础;万金买邦乃邻里、人际和谐及家族兴旺的关键;人人内圣国家才能和谐兴旺。曾国藩深髓的和谐伦理思想对构建社会主义和谐社会仍然具有重要的现实意义。ZENG Guo-fan,being scholarly and refined,practiced harmony ethics and pursued'Inner Sage and External King'during all his life,which made him respected by descendants as one of master of the Confucian school.He puts forward that obeying filial ethics is the solid foundation of family prosperity;keeping neighborhood and interpersonal relations in harmony is the key point of family prosperity.His incisive thought of harmony ethics is still practical for nowadays constructing harmonious socialism society.
