摘  要:目的:研究清半夏炮制过程中刺激性及氨基酸、有机酸、白矾残留量的变化,为揭示炮制规律,确定炮制终点提供科学依据。方法:分别采用鸡胚尿囊膜染色试验,氨基酸分析仪,电位滴定法,EDTA-2Na滴定法测定不同炮制程度清半夏的刺激性及各种成分的含量。结果:随着炮制时间延长,清半夏刺激性逐渐减弱,氨基酸含量先升高后降低,有机酸含量缓慢降低,白矾残留量逐渐增加。结论:清半夏炮制过程中化学物质及刺激性变化有规律可循,可通过刺激性试验判定炮制终点,控制清半夏质量。Objective:Researching the changes of irritant and the contents of amino acids,or ganic acids and alum residues in processing process of Rhizoma Pinellia,to reveal the processing rule of Rhizoma Pinellia and provide the scientific basis for processing destination.Method:Using the test of CAM-TBS,Amino acid analyzer,potentiometric titration,EDTA-2Na titration to determine the irritant and the contents of chemical ingredients of Rhizoma Pinellia with different processing degree.Result:As processing prolonged,the irritant caused by Rhizoma Pinellia weakened gradually;the amino acid content rose at first,then decreased;the organic acid content decreased slowly and alum residues increased gradually.Conclusion:During the processing process of Rhizoma Pinellia,the changes of irritant and chemical ingredients follow certain rules.It is necessary to judge processing destination by determining the irritant with stimulating test and control processing quality.
