摘　　要：从恶性肿瘤发生的内在因素进行分析,针对肿瘤对正气的消耗以及放化疗法对肌体的损伤,阐述了扶正培本治则结合放化疗法在恶性肿瘤治疗中的理论依据和具体临床应用,论证了温补脾肾在放化疗中的重要作用。This paper is written to discuss the importance of lukewarm filling the effect of lienal kidney in chemoradiotherapy by analyzing the internal factors of the cause of malignant tumor,expounding the theoretical basis and clinical application of strengthening the body resistance and chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumor on the consumption of vital energy and the injury of human body in chemoradiotherapy.
