摘 要:目的探讨自行研制的微型植入式脊髓电刺激系统应用于动物实验的可行性。方法取健康成年SD大鼠20只,将微型植入式脊髓电刺激系统电极置于大鼠C2颈髓背侧硬膜外,脉冲发生装置及电源植入背部皮下。分别于术前(0 h)及术后12、24、36 h,测试微型植入式脊髓电刺激系统的参数(电压、刺激频率和脉宽);进行大鼠神经行为学功能评分(BBB评分)和斜板实验,并测量大鼠体质量。结果脊髓电刺激系统各项参数在0 h、12 h、24 h时点间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各项参数在0 h与36 h时点间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BBB评分、斜板实验和体质量检测显示:0 h与12 h时点比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);0 h与24、36 h时点比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验过程中大鼠无明显不良反应。结论微型植入式脊髓电刺激系统应用于动物实验是安全可行的,可用于脊髓电刺激治疗脑缺血性疾病的进一步实验研究。Objective To investigate the feasibility of self-made miniature implantable spinal cord stimulation system in animal experiment. Methods Twenty healthy adult SD rats were selected.The spinal cord stimulation electrode was placed on the dorsal epidural C2 cervical spinal cord,and the battery and stimulation device were implanted under the skin.Neurological behavior scoring(BBB score) and inclined plane test were conducted before operation(0 h) and 12 h,24 h and 36 h after operation,and the body weight was measured.The stimulation parameters(voltage,pulse width and frequency) were determined 12 h,24 h and 36 h after operation. Results There was no significant difference in the stimulation parameters among the time points of 0 h,12 h and 24 h(P>0.05),while there were significant differences between the time points of 0 h and 36 h(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the results of BBB score,inclined plane test and body weight measurement between the time points of 0 h and 12 h(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the time points of 0 h and 24 h and 36 h(P>0.05).There was no significant adverse effect in rats during the experiment. Conclusion The self-made miniature implantable spinal cord stimulation system is safe,and is suitable for animal experiments.
