溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑对太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪的毒性及其红细胞微核与核异常诱导研究

摘  要:采用急性和亚急性暴露方法,用离子液体溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑对太行隆肛蛙(Feirana taihangni-cus)蝌蚪进行染毒,通过微核实验检测离子液体对太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪红细胞微核与核异常的诱导率.实验结果发现,离子液体对太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪的24 h LC50为82.1 mg.L-1,表明该离子液体对太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪具有生物毒性.实验结果还发现,离子液体的亚急性暴露可明显诱导太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪红细胞产生微核并导致核异常.该实验结果说明,离子液体对太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪可能具有遗传毒性.The aim of the study is to determine the toxicity of the ionic liquid 1-Octyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide(Br) on the tadpoles of Feirana taihangnicus.Using the methods of acute and subacute toxicity tests,the toxic effects and induction of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies of erythrocytes by the different concentrations of ionic liquid in frog tadpoles is measured.The result of the acute toxicity test shows that the 24 h LC50 value of the ionic liquid on frog tadpoles is 82.1 mg · L-1 on the conditions of the present laboratory,and this toxicity corresponds to the traditional organic solvent.The results of subacute toxicity testing indicate that Br induced the micronucleus and nuclear anomalies in the erythrocytes of the frog.The ionic liquid Br is toxic to the tadpoles of frog,and it also can induce the micronucleus and nuclear anomalies in the erythrocytes of the frog tadpoles.
