补肾益气类中药对男性田径运动员血清睾酮和皮质醇的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾益气类中药在对田径运动员运动能力的重要作用.方法:用试验法获得血清睾酮、血清皮质醇和血清睾酮与皮质醇比值3个生化指标的数据,用SPSS l3.0统计学软件对所得数据进行T检验和描述性统计.结果:(1)服药组在训练的第1周的血清睾酮虽略有下降,但在第2周和第4周就有回升,并且稳定到了试验前水平;(2)服药组服用后各个时期的血清皮质醇与服用前的相比有统计学意义(p<0.05);(3)服药组服用2周和服用4周与服用前的血清睾酮与皮质醇比值相比较有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论:服用补肾益气类中药对田径运动员身体机能的恢复和提高有重要作用.Objective:To find out Influence of kidney Chinese herb on testosterone and serum cortisol in male track man.Methods:By using experimental method,all date of T,FT and T/C is obtained.SPSS l 3.0 for windows is employed in this paper to statistical analysis.Results:(1) the testosterone level of experimental group slightly go down in the first week,but it goes up in the second and fourth week,and it is stabilized in the level before the experiment;(2) the significant differences of T do exist before the experiment and after(p<0.05);(3) there are significant differences of T/C before the experiment and after(p<0.05).Conclusions:kidney Chinese herb is good for comeback and improvement male track man.
