摘　　要：主要运用影像分析法、数理统计法、对比分析法等对6名女子标枪运动员比赛中的最后用力进行分析,重点从肩和盆骨的运动能量角度去分析,得出肩和骨盆在投掷过程中运动能量变化的规律和个体特点,以期对女子标枪运动员的科学训练提供理论依据.In this research,there are mainly USES video analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis of 6 woman javelin games of the last strength athletes analysis,with emphasis on the shoulder and pelvis energy of movement Angle analysis.The research obtains the shoulder and pelvis in throwing the process of motor energy change rules and individual characteristics,in order to provide theory basis for the scientific training of the woman athletes.
