内蒙古地区蒙、汉、回族小学生生长发育及脊柱侧弯的研究

摘　　要：目的调查内蒙古地区蒙、汉、回族小学生生长发育及脊柱侧弯发生率。方法对整群抽取的内蒙古呼和浩特市蒙、汉、回族3所小学部分班级共1 260名学生进行体格发育和"三步"脊柱侧弯调查。结果蒙、汉、回族小学生身高显著增长的年龄段女性为8～9岁,男性为9～10岁;各族体重显著增高的年龄段女性在10～11岁,男性为11～12岁:脊柱侧弯的阳性率为0.79%,各族间无统计学差异(P>0.05),患儿年龄多集中在12～13岁,占患儿总数70%,男女间无统计学差异(P>0.05),但各族中女性患病率均较男性为多。结论内蒙古地区蒙、汉、回族小学生脊柱侧弯发生率无明显差异,各族儿童在小学阶段均处于生长发育的高峰期,此时不良的学习、生活习惯对脊柱的生长发育有较大影响,易引发脊柱侧弯。objective To study the Inner Mongolia,Mongolian,Han,Hui pupils growth and incidence of scoliosis.Methods The whole group of Mongolian,Han,Hui part of classes total 1260 students in three schools were observed for their physique growth and incidence of scoliosis by 'Three Step' survey method.Results The Mongolian,Han,Hui pupils significant increase in height of the age for girls aged 8～9,for boys 9~10.All of the girls were significantly higher weight at age 10～11 years old,boys for 11～12 years old,Scoliosis for the positive 0.79%,there was no significant difference between them(P0.05),illed children focus on aged 12～13 years old,accounted for 70%of the total patients.There had no significant differences between boys and girls(P0.05),but all the prealence of both boys were higher than girls.Conclusion In the Inner Mongolia,Mongolian,Han,Hui pupils scoliosis had no significant difference,all children in primary school are at the peak growth,bad habits on the leaning and living will have great influence on growth of the spine,and cause scoliosis easily.
