摘  要:目的:研究酸浆醇提物(ethanol extracts of Physalis alkekengi Linn.,EEP)对食管癌EC-1.71细胞增殖的抑制作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:EEP作用于EC-1.71细胞后,采用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态的改变;采用细胞计数法观察其对细胞增殖的抑制作用;通过流式细胞仪检测法分析EEP对EC-1.71细胞周期的影响。结果:EEP作用后,EC-1.71细胞出现了形态变化,细胞生长受到抑制,且呈时间和浓度依赖性,细胞周期被阻滞在S期。结论:EEP对食管癌EC-1.71细胞具有增殖抑制作用。Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects of ethanol extracts of Physalis alkekengi Linn.(EEP) on the proliferation of human esophageal cancer EC-1.71 cell strain and to explore the possible mechanism.Methods: Human esophageal neoplasms EC-1.71 cells were treated with EEP;the morphological changes were inspected with inverted microscope;the inhibitory effects of EEP on the proliferation of human EC-1.71 cells was investigated using cell counting;the effects of EEP on the cell cycle of EC-1.71 cells were analyzed by flow cytomertry.Results: EEP treatment can significantly inhibit the proliferation in a dose-and time-dependent manner.Morphological changes of EC-1.71 cells were found after EEP treatment.EEP treatment arrested EC-1.71 cells at the S phase.Conclusion: EEP could inhibit the proliferation of EC-1.71 cells.
