摘  要:目的:考察水凝胶贴剂在瞬间脉冲电场作用下的体外透皮给药规律。方法:制备苦参碱的水凝胶贴剂,采用体外直立扩散池法考察瞬间脉冲电场作用对水凝胶贴剂中苦参碱透皮给药的影响。结果:瞬间脉冲电场作用24 h时,水凝胶贴剂中苦参碱的累积渗透量是单独水凝胶贴剂的5.23倍(t=6.595,P<0.05)。在瞬间脉冲电场作用下,水凝胶贴剂中苦参碱在5 h前的渗透速率高于5 h以后苦参碱的渗透速率;而单独的水凝胶贴剂中苦参碱的渗透速率随时间延长略有升高,但变化幅度不大(t=0.982,P>0.05)。结论:瞬间脉冲电场能够显著提高水凝胶贴剂的透皮给药效果,两者结合将成为一种新型透皮给药技术。Objective: To study the transdermal delivery of matrine from cataplasma under electroporation.Methods: Cataplasma of matrine were prepared firstly,then the effects of electroporation on the transdermal delivery of matrine were studied by vertical diffusion cell and matrine was determined by HPLC.Results: Under the electroporation,the accumulated permeation amount of matrine from cataplasma at 24 h was 5.23 folds that of cataplasma passive diffusion(t=6.595,P<0.05);the transdermal permeability for 1-5 h higher than that after 5 h.The transdermal permeability for cataplasma passive diffusion kept advancing,however,the difference was not significant(t=0.982,P>0.05).Conclusion: The efficiency transdermal delivery of matrine from cataplasma could enhance by electroporation.These results suggest that cataplasma to combine with electroporation may be an efficient alternative for transdermal drug delivery of hydrophilic molecules.
