白裤瑶7项人类群体遗传学特征研究

摘　　要：目的:了解白裤瑶部分遗传性状的分布特征。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,对贵州荔波县瑶山瑶族乡402名白裤瑶(男性202人,女性200人)的发质、达尔文结节、门齿类型、唇厚、下颏类型、通贯纹和指甲类型7项遗传特征进行活体观察。结果:白裤瑶硬发质、达尔文结节、铲形门齿、厚唇、下颏前突、通贯纹、长形指甲出现率分别为84.7%、74.4%、15.2%、84.3%、77.6%、25.6%、48.8%。其中,男性分别为92.1%、66.8%、15.8%、90.6%、76.2%、33.7%、43.1%,女性分别为77.5%、82.0%、14.5%、78.0%、79.0%、17.5%、55.5%。结论:白裤瑶7项遗传特征的性别分布存在一定差异,且彼此具有一定相关性。Objective: To understand the features of some genetic characters of Baiku Yao nationality.Method: A morphological survey on 402 random people of the Baiku Yao(male 202,female 200) living in Yaoshan country of Pingtang county,Guizhou were carried out in August 2010.Meanwhile,the frequencies of 7 genetic characters were calculated,and its' correlations were analyzed.Results: The distributive frequencies of 7 human population genetic characters in the Baiku Yao were 84.7%,74.4%,15.2%,84.3%,77.6%,25.6%,48.8% respectively.Those of males were 92.1%,66.8%,15.8%,90.6%,76.2%,33.7%,43.1%,and of females were 77.5%,82.0%,14.5%,78.0%,79.0%,17.5%,55.5% respectively.Conclusions: Seven genetic characters have differences in sex of the Baiku Yao,and these indices show interconnections.
