摘 要:目的研究非离子表面活性剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(C12E4P5)形成层状液晶的流变性质和药物释放行为。方法用TA-2000ex流变仪测定25℃时层状液晶稳态和动态流变性质,用透析试验研究层状液晶中水杨酸钠的体外释放。结果流变研究表明,随着C12E4P5浓度的增加,液晶的储能模量和损耗模量增大,其结构的稳定性增强。体外释放研究表明,水杨酸钠包裹到液晶相后释药行为发生改变,表现明显的缓释特征,且遵循一级释药动力学方程。随着C12E4P5浓度增大或体系载药量减小,药物的释放速率增大。结论 C12E4P5/水层状液晶体系可作为药物的缓释载体。Objective To study the rheological properties and drug release behavior of the lamellar liquid crystals formed by nonionic surfactant dodecyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether(C12E4P5).Methods The steady and dynamic rheological properties of the lamellar liquid crystals were studied by TA-2000ex rheometer at 25 ℃,and the in vitro release behavior of sodium salicylate solubilized in the lamellar liquid crystals was investigated via dialysis experiment.Results The rheological investigations showed that the storage and loss moduli increased with the increase of C12E4P5 concentration,reflecting the stability of the liquid crystals.The release profiles for sodium salicylate exhibited controlled release feature,following the first-order release kinetics.In the sodium salicylate carried lamellar phases,the release rate decreased obviously.Moreover,with the increase of surfactant concentration or the decrease of the content of sodium salicylate solubilized,the cumulative release increased.Conclusion The lamellar liquid crystals formed in C12E4P5/H2O system can be potential controlled release carriers.
