聚季铵盐-1作为眼用制剂防腐剂的研究与展望

摘　　要：聚季铵盐-1(polyquaternium-1,PQ-1)是一类强阳离子高分子聚合物,低毒、无刺激性,具有杀菌消毒性能,属于非氧化性杀生物剂。目前,聚季铵盐-1已作为防腐剂安全用于隐形眼镜护理液和滴眼液中。本文对近年来聚季铵盐-1的合成方法、抗微生物机制及在眼用制剂中作为防腐剂应用方面的研究及进展做一概述,并对其前景作了展望。Polyquaternium-1 is a new kind of quaternary ammonium polymer belonging to non-oxidizing biocide,with high disinfection efficiency and low toxicity.It has been already used commercially in the disinfecting solutions for contact lens and in the artificial tear products as preservative.Research advances of polyquaternuim-1 are reviewed in this paper regarding its synthesis methods,antimicrobial mechanisms and applications as preservative in ophthalmic preparations.The application prospect of polyquaternium-1 is also included.
