摘　　要：肉瘤样肾细胞癌(sarcomotoid renal cell carcinoma,SRCC)是一种临床高度恶性肿瘤,可见于目前已分类的所有类型肾细胞癌,以及肾盂黏膜的尿路上皮癌。SRCC不是一种独立的病理学亚型,而应认为是各型原发肾细胞癌发生高级别转化的部分。与原发病理类型相比,SRCC预后较差。文中对SRCC研究的最新进展作一综述。Sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma(SRCC) is a clinically aggressive malignancy.Sarcomatoid change has been found in all of the carcinomas arising from the renal and renal pelvic mucosa.It may not be an independent entity,but rather be looked as the high grade type of an original carcinoma.It is believed that the SRCC has a poorer prognosis than the primary carcinoma.In this article,the new progress on SRCC in recent years is reviewed.
