全口义齿腭皱对修复后元音声学特征的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究全口义齿腭皱在修复后元音语音恢复过程中的作用。方法:应用Minispeech lab测量30例全牙列缺失病人在全口义齿初戴前,初戴时,初戴后1周、2周、4周、8周时元音/a/、/i/、/u/的第二共振峰(F2)值和带宽(B2)值。结果:分别在无腭皱组和腭皱组中,/a/、/i/、/u/的F2、B2与初戴前相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组间同一时间比较亦无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:全口义齿腭皱对修复后元音声学特征没有影响。Objective: To study the effects of palatal rugae on speech recovery after restoration with complete denture.Methods: The F2 and B2 of /a/、/i/、/u/ were measured by Minispeech lab from 30 edentulous patients at the time of before and after restoration at the beginning,and then at the 1st week,the 2nd week,the 4th week and the 8th week.Results: Compared with before restoration,there weren't statistical differences(P>0.05) in F2 and B2 of /a/、/i/、/u/,there weren't statistical differences(P>0.05) in F2 and B2 of /a/、/i/、/u/ between the two groups at the same time,either.Conclusion: Palatal rugae of metal base complete denture have no effect on vowels.
