摘　　要：目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿与正常儿童相比,事件相关电位(ERP)成分N270的改变及意义。方法 21名确诊为ADHD的患儿及19名年龄、性别相匹配的健康志愿者参与ERP试验。视觉刺激为具有三种颜色(红、黄、蓝),大小相同的圆形。每两张图片组成一个刺激对,分别命名为S1和S2。S1和S2的颜色相同即匹配状态;S1和S2的颜色不同即冲突状态,两种状态的刺激对出现的概率相等,并在屏幕上随机呈现。要求受试者比较S1与S2的颜色,按相同或不同进行相应的按键反应。按照国际10/20系统放置头皮电极,在刺激序列呈现的过程中同步记录脑电信号。结果匹配状态的刺激对诱发出P100、N190、P300,冲突状态的刺激对诱发出N270和P300。两组间匹配状态引出的P100,N190和P300的平均波幅及潜伏期均无统计学差异,与对照组相比,患者组冲突状态引出的N270潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05),平均波幅无统计学差异。结论 ADHD患者组冲突状态刺激对引出的N270潜伏期显著延长,提示ADHD患儿对信息冲突加工处理的速度减慢,其冲突监测处理过程存在功能障碍。Objective To investigate whether attention deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) children suffer from information conflict processing dysfunction by event-related potentials (ERPs).Methods Children with ADHD (n=21) and age-matched controls (n=19) performed a S1-S2 matching task while ERP were recorded from their scalps.Visual stimuli defined by color (red,yellow and blue).Each trial consisted of two sequentially presented stimuli (S1 and S2),where S2 was either the same as S1 (match condition) or different from S1 (conflict condition).These trials were presented in random order with equal probability.Participants and controls were instructed to discriminate if the two visual stimuli presented in sequence were identical.Results ADHD children had more errors and longer reaction times than that of the control group.P100,N190,P300 could be elicited in match condition and N270 could be elicited in conflict condition.ADHD group also showed ERP evidence for information conflict processing deficiencies with significantly increased latency of N270.Conclusions Our study reveal that ADHD children suffer from dysfunction in information conflict processing as reflected by ERP and behavioral measures.
