摘　　要：目的:观察增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡组织(RAU)中表达强度及分布情况。方法:用免疫组化技术检测 PCNA 在 RAU 中的表达变化规律。结果:RAU 的组织中有大量炎性细胞浸润。PCNA 在正常口腔粘膜的阳性表达主要出现在基底细胞层,在 RAU 组织中表达定位没有改变,表达量明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:RAU 中的上皮细胞增殖受到抑制,可能与 RAU 的发病机制有着密切的联系。Objective:To explore the expression changes in proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)in normal oral mucosa and recurrent aphthous ulcers (RAU).Methods:The expression intensity and distribution of PCNA were examined by immunohistochemistry staining of oral mucosa from patients with recurrent oral aphthous ulcer to compare with that of normal oral mucosa.Results:In RAU,there was a large amount of inflammatory cells.In normal oral mucosa,the expression intensity of PCNA was significantly higher than that in mucosa of oral aph- thous ulcer (P<0.05).Conclusions:The inhibition of epidermal ceils proliferation in RAU may be one of mecha- nisms involved in RAU formation.
