摘  要:目的:了解青春期(12~14岁)男女骨密度(BMD)与性激素水平的变化。方法:对287名初一男女学生进行连续3年跟踪观察全身总BMD及性激素水平变化情况。结果:3年间男女身高、体重与全身总BMD密切相关,且BMD随着年龄的增长而逐渐增加,女孩BMD高于同龄男孩。女性雌二醇(E_2)在12岁时呈较高水平.男性睾酮(T)在12~13岁间突增。3年间T和E_2与身高、体重、全身总BMD值均无明显相关性。结论:青春期(12~14岁)男女身高、体重和全身总BMD的增长不受性激素变化的影响。Objective:To observe the changes in bone mineral density(BMD)and sexual hormones in boys and girls at puberty age 12 to 14 years,in Beijing area.Methods:287 healthy boys and girls were included in the stud- y.BMD,estradiol(E_2)and testosterone(T)levels were measured with dual energy X-ray hone densitometer and radioimmunoassay(RIA)for three consecutive years.Results:BMD always increased along with their ages.BMD of girls were higher than that of boys of the same age range from 12 to14 years.BMD of total body was related to the height and the body weight in both boys and girls.E_2 levels were higher in girls at 12 years old,and T levels abruptly increased in boys at the age of 12~13 years.During 3-year observation,no marked correlations were found between E2,T and the height,the body weight,and BMD in both groups.Conclusions:The changes in E_2 and T appear to have no direct effect on the height,the body weight,BMD of the skeleton of boys and girls at pu- berty from 12 to14 years of age.
