摘　　要：[目的 ]了解 3例近亲婚配家族的生育情况 .[方法 ]采用家族随访调查方法 .[结果 ]近亲婚配家族中各种遗传病和先天畸形儿的发病率明显高于非近亲婚配家族 .[结论 ]近亲婚配家族生育子女仍是出现遗传病和先天畸形儿的主要原因之一 .OBJECTIVE?To comprehend bear situation in 3 cases of near relative wedding sept.?METHODS?To investigate a nd follow-up in family.?RESULTS?The morbidity of various inhe rited diseases and congenital monstrosity infants in near relative wedding sept was clearly higher than that in non-near relative wedding sept.?CONCLU SION?Near relative wedding was still one of the main reasons to beget i nheri tance disease and congenital monstrosity infants.
