摘　　要：从信用资本的视角分析了企业社会责任国际SA8000导入标准企业的机理,并对其不同情况下的作用机理进行了讨论,并得出以下结论:现代企业所拥有的生产要素不仅包括传统的经济资本(如劳动、技术和资金等),而且还应包括社会信用资本。SA8000的出台标志着人类社会从强调物本、资本的作用转到了强调以人为本、以社会责任为己任的轨道上来。SA8000的导入是现代企业的理性选择,其导入的效应取决于导入后所具有的规模性和外部性的具体特征。This paper analyzes the micro-mechamism for introduction of the SA8000,an international standard on enterprises' social responsibility,into enterprises from the viewpoint of trust capital,discusses its action-mechanism in different circumstances,and then presents the conclusion as below:The production factors of modern enterprises not only rdfer to traditional economic capital such as labor,technology,capital and so on,but also social Trust capital such as contract execution rate,public praise,credit standing and so on.The appearance of the SA8000 marks that human society began to turn emphasizing the substance and capital role to taking social responsibility as own task.Introducing the SA8000 is the rational choice of modern enterprises,and the introduction effect is decided by the special characters of scale and externality after introduction.
