摘　　要：本文概述了民办高校大学生的学习自觉性现状,分析民办高校学生缺乏学习自觉性的原因。通过完善学校管理体制,着手学风建设来帮助民办高校学生增强学习的主动性;设置完善的学习计划,用科学的手段,来提高民办高校学生的自主学习能力。This paper outlines the consciousness of private college students in the learning situation,analyzes the reasons of lack of learning consciousness in private college.Through the improvement of school management system,to help private college students enhance the learning of initiative from style of study;set a good learning program,use scientific means to enhance the learning ability of private college students.
