摘　　要：高职院校的校园文化建设是培养创新人才重要而有效的途径。文章从校园文化和创新人才的基本内涵入手,阐述了校园文化建设对培养创新人才的推进作用及为其提供的重要条件,并指出了新形势下加强高职院校校园文化建设、培养创新人才的具体途径。Higher vocational institutes' campus culture construction is an effective approach to train the innovative talents.The article starts with the intension of campus culture and innovative talent,and expounds the campus culture construction's advancement and important conditions providing for the cultivation of innovative talents.Then it points out the specific ways to strengthen the construction of Higher vocational Institutes' campus culture and cultivate innovative talents under new situation.
