摘　　要：本文主要阐述了在高职高专院校英语专业实施弹性学制的必要性。一是适应高职高专英语教育教学特点的需要;二是探索工学交替、顶岗实习等教学模式的需要;三是与高中较好衔接的需要。This article mainly elaborates the necessity of actualizing flexible educational system in college English major.First,it is the necessity of adapting college teaching;Second,it is the necessity of exchanging working and studying;Third,it is the necessity of collecting the high school.
