摘　　要：高校辅导员作为大学生心理健康教育工作中最直接的承担者,应当充分认识到担负学生心理健康教育责任的重要意义,全面准确把握影响学生心理健康问题因素,充分发挥辅导员的应有作用,主动把心理健康教育引入日常管理,做好学生心理健康教育的导师,塑造大学生健全的人格。Counselors as the most direct holder in mental health work in colleges,should be fully aware of the importance of the responsibility for mental health education of students,and accurately grasp the factors that affect the mental health of students,give full play to the role of counselor,take the initiative to introduce the mental health education into daily management,to be mentor of mental health education of students,create a sound personality of students.
