摘　　要：要培养大学生的创新能力,高校教师需要首先做到以下两点:第一,在思想上确立学生的主体性地位。第二,在实践中重视学生的想象力的培养。To cultivate the innovative ability of students,university teachers need to do two things: first,to establish the ideological subjectivity of students.Second,in practice,attention to the cultivation of students' imagination.
