摘　　要：阐述了数学素质的内涵和外延,论述了创新教育和数学素质教育的重要性和迫切性,阐明了创新教育和数学素质教育的实施办法和途径。The paper elaborates the connotation and extension of the mathematics quality,discusses the importance and urgency of innovative education and mathematics quality,clarifies the implementation methods and means of the innovative education and mathematics quality education.
