摘　　要：人文素质教育对于提升学生的就业创业能力来说是一个很重要的部分,目前我国教育中较为缺乏对学生人文素质方面以及就业能力的培养,我们应该抓住两者之间的紧密联系,培养学生的人文素质来提升他们的就业创业能力。The human quality education is a very important part to enhance students' employment entrepreneurship of education,in our country,there is lack of quality of students in humanities and employment abilities,we should seize the close ties between the two,to train the quality of humanities education,promote employment entrepreneurship of students.
