摘　　要：伴随着高等教育大众化的推进,学长制作为高校学生教育管理的一种辅助机制,已经被众多高校尝试和实施,并取得了显著成效。本文探讨了学长制的由来和现实意义,以及新形势下学长制选拔中应注意的几个问题,以期对高校学生管理者有所帮助与启示。With the advancement of higher education,as the University Education of a complementary mechanism,mentor system has been tried and implemented by many colleges and universities,and has achieved remarkable results.This paper discusses the origin of Mentor system and practical significance,and the selection system under the new situation seniors should pay attention to several issues,in order to help management for college students and Enlightenment.
