摘　　要：本文介绍了外语学习焦虑的分类、产生的原因及对外语学习的影响,从而说明情感问题在外语学习中的重要性。并提出了克服和减轻焦虑的策略:建立轻松的学习环境;帮助学习者树立自信心。This paper describes the classification of foreign language anxiety, the causes and impact on foreign language learning, emotional issuesto explain the importance of learning in foreign language. Proposed to overcome and alleviate the anxiety of the strategy: the establishment of a relaxedlearning environment; helping learners acquire self-confidence.
